So today was the big canning day... of course I forgot my camera but luckily someone else remembered: see here at Bump on a Blog. It went way quicker than expected and we only had a few bumps along our path that I need to iron out on Tuesday. I didn't see anyone leave without at least one smile, I had plenty of people learn how to use the canner, and I even had one person say that this was very exciting and a good motivator and that they would be taking advantage of the cannery next month... so, all in all it was a success! (now I just have to figure out if I should do it again)
